Caitlin & Chapin's Wedding Day | September 24th, 2016

The Loft at 600 F | Washington, D.C. 

Weddings in the city are loads of fun! The streets are filled with people eager to yell out congratulations and celebrate the happy couple. Caitlin and Chapin love living in Washington D.C. and chose the city as the backdrop for their engagement and wedding day. 

The wedding day begins at Hotel Monaco, where Caitlin and her bridesmaids don animal print robes and hit the streets to go get a lobster roll for lunch. I love it! The boys don't miss out on the fun either. Never skip an opportunity to jump on the bed while wearing a suit. 

When it's time for the bride and groom to see each other, the epic spiral staircase at the hotel makes for a very romantic First Look. The bridesmaids can barely contain themselves, they're so excited for their dear friends!

We love when a wedding party is game for some adventure, and so we head out on the town hitting some of the most iconic spots nearby. Getting photos beneath the Chinatown Arch is unforgettable!

Back at The Loft at 600 F, the scene is set for a gorgeous wedding. A beautiful quilt, handmade by the mother of the bride hangs behind the ceremony site. This modern venue has red brick walls, industrial light fixtures, and a dance floor just waiting for the hora to begin. The party kicks off with a bang. Friends and family smile and laugh during memorable toasts and good times throughout the night. All the guests come together to raise a glass in honor of the bride and groom. 

Caitlin and Chapin share a long history of friendship and love. They are such a lovely duo. Here's to the happy couple!
