Timing family photos with snowfall is not the easiest feat, but a challenge I welcome every winter! When the Nuell family reached out to me and Bobby about photos, we all hoped for some snow. Instead of some, we got Blizzard Jonas! Be careful what you wish for. The snow kept our little Mazda from making the drive over to Chevy Chase for a week, but luckily, the roads were cleared before it melted. 

The result being this fantastic day of fun with a fabulous family, who has lived all around the world, and truly cherishes the beauty of a snowfall. 

Bobby and I loved getting to know these guys, and really enjoyed hitting the local sledding hill with them. 

We stand by our belief that family photos can be both beautiful and painless. It's all about making it fun for the kids! And, the parents!! We thank the Nuell family for their adventurous spirits, and for letting us into their world for a sunny, snowy morning that we won't soon forget.
