A Knockout Holiday & Birthday Party l December 19th, 2014

Last year, just about this time, I joined a boxing gym. It was an impulse decision that I am grateful for every day. You can read about Knockout Fitness in my initial blog, HERE. I may not get to boxing as much as I'd like to, but every time I do I feel better about my day. And about myself. Instantly. Well, after 50 minutes of hard work.

Since moving to Baltimore, I've become a more regular face around the gym. And Bobby has joined! It's much more fun to sweat with someone you love. Not to mention, Knockout's own Jason Nissley was just named Best Trainer by Best of Baltimore. People are taking note! Which, from one small business owner to another, we love to see!

These guys are good. Amazing trainers. And good people. Brothers, actually. So, when Jason asked us to document Chris's upcoming 30th birthday, we were thrilled. Union Wharf in Fells Point sets a perfect background for a holiday celebration, looking out over the water on a chilly night.

I don't think we've ever seen a party with such great abs.
